• Managing accounting operations, costing, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Perform product costing, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Work closely with production, purchase, stores, and management on cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
