• Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, and product costing
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory
• Support Capex evaluation and business case preparation
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, procurement and manufacturing teams
• Lead automation and process improvements using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Mentor finance team and support strategic decisions

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Controller with strong experience in the manufacturing industry to oversee financial reporting, plant finance, cost control, compliance, and business partnering. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in financial controlling, statutory compliance, costing, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Manage plant finance, inventory valuation, standard costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables, and inventory performance.
• Support Capex evaluation, investment analysis, and business case preparation.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Mentor and guide the finance team while supporting strategic business decisions.
