Role: Associate Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts.

Industry to target: Recycling / Manufacturing / Scrap Yard.

CTC: 10 - 12 LPA

Job Summary:

The shortlisted candidate will oversee all financial operations like budgeting, forecasting, cost control, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires a strategic and hands on finance professional with relevant experience. The candidate has to be capable of ensuring financial discipline, working capital management, and supporting operational efficiencies in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Control

• Preparation and control of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Drive cost control initiatives and monitor actual vs. budget performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for plant operations.

2. Costing & Inventory Management

• Monitor and analyze material consumption, scrap, rework, and yield variance.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and timely physical verification.

3. Project & Finance

• Monitor project margins, billing cycles, and project-related cash flow.

4. Statutory Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF/ESI, excise, etc.
• Liaison with internal and external auditors for plant audits.
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.

5. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Manage receivables, payables, vendor payments, and cash flow at the plant.
• Support procurement and operations with financial insights for better planning.

6. ERP & Systems

• Drive automation and digitization of financial processes through ERP (SAP/Oracle/Other).
• Ensure accuracy and discipline in ERP transactions and reporting.

Qualification & Work Experience:

• Education: CA / Inter - CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Work Experience: 5 - 7 years in a manufacturing/engineering or recycling industry
• Strong knowledge of finance, costing, and project accounting.
• Expertise in statutory compliance, budgeting, and working capital management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
