Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst on a contract to billing basis. The role focuses on contract setup, revenue recognition, invoicing, and close processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with business teams, support month-end and year-end closings, and contribute to process improvements, audits, and SOP updates while working US shift timings (5:30 pm – 2:30 am).

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or a relevant professional accountancy qualification.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Willingness to work US shift (5:30 pm – 2:30 am).

Responsibilities

• Assist in project and contract setup for high volume business.
• Set up contracts and projects to ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Coordinate with business teams for invoice preparation and related queries.
• Engage with corporate controllership for contract approvals and revenue recognition.
• Support month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist stakeholders with daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Manage mailbox for requests and queries.
• Update SOPs to capture processing exceptions and drive improvements.
• Provide audit support and participate in ad-hoc projects.
