Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Analyst, Investment Modeling in Hyderabad. You will back real estate funds with data, reports, and financial modeling, coordinating with finance, asset managers and global teams to support performance analyses across asset types.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and presentation of concise fund summaries to stakeholders, with growth opportunities in a global CRE services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CRE experience with lease analysis, valuations and cashflow projections.
• Strong financial modeling ability and proficiency in Argus is required.
• MBA in Finance/Real Estate and RICS are advantageous.

You'll work closely with global analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to support existing processes, drive pipeline effectiveness, and build your real estate expertise across asset classes such as multifamily, retail, office, hotel, and industrial.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and validate primary and secondary data sources for commercial real estate assignments.Extract information from public data sources, including real estate fund benchmarks.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting for real estate funds across EMEA, APAC, and Americas.Coordinate with finance/accounting, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy and research, and sustainability teams to build fund performance summaries and details.Deliver polished presentations with clear slide layout and design; maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate, with proficiency in CRE processes: lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, operating statements, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, appraisal review (all asset types).Conceptual understanding of real estate valuation.Experience of working in a team on real estate investment funds.Adaptable to changing business requirements.Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills, including advanced Excel and financial modeling.Quantitative orientation, with knowledge of (or ability to learn) DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work independently and within a team under deadlines.Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, driven professional environment.QualificationsMBA in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).RICS membership is a plus but not mandatory.What JLL OffersTotal Rewards program with competitive pay and benefits, in an entrepreneurial, inclusive work environment.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
