Job summary

Schindler India Pvt Ltd in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh is seeking a Senior Field Technician NI to lead the installation of new and modernized elevator and escalator units, ensuring performance targets are met and quality and safety standards are followed.

You will coordinate with customers and supervisors, track progress, and maintain clear communication to guarantee customer satisfaction and smooth project execution within a global mobility solutions company.

Qualifications

• Experience in installations in elevator and escalator industry for at least two years.
• Educational background in electronics, electricity, mechanics or hydraulics.
• ITI in trades such as Fitter and Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation of new and modernized units applying Schindler methods, ensuring performance targets.
• Perform all works according to Schindler standards, including quality and safety policies.
• Keep the supervisor informed regarding progress, hours spent and any non-compliance.
• Stay in communication with the customer and the supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
