Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Senior Facility Executive to deliver premium workplace experience by managing front-of-house operations and soft services such as housekeeping, pantry, and lobby upkeep.

You will oversee janitorial staff, vendor contracts, safety compliance including COSHH, manage inventories and budgets, and prepare MIS reports to ensure seamless facilities support for employees and visitors.

• Site Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regs (COSHH) with regular inspections.
• Operational Control: monitor inventory, manage budgets, and staffing needs.
• Administrative Reporting: prepare MIS reports and handle helpdesk requests.
