Job summary

EXL in Noida is hiring for a Record to Report - Bank Reconciliation associate with 0-3 years of experience. You will perform reconciliations, journal entries, and resolve variances while adhering to established procedures within the R2R domain.

The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, month-end close familiarity, and good Excel skills. A B.Com is mandatory. You will work under guidance with a focus on accuracy and timely closing of books.

Qualifications

• B.Com is mandatory for eligibility.
• Strong understanding of the R2R domain and month-end close processes.
• Fundamental accounting knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Experience in ERP such as PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with reconciliation tools like Blackline or ARCS.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and R2R month-end processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel/MS Access is a plus.
• Able to map end-to-end processes and raise IT incidents when needed.
• Strong analytical abilities.

Job Description

Responsible for performing reconciliations, daily matching , preparing journal entries, resolving variances, following up on open and aged items and getting them resolved
Work within established procedures without supervision
Good Knowledge of R2R Domain
Fundamental Accounting knowledge should be strong
Good Understanding of Month End Close

Responsibilities

• Experience in ERP desirable (People soft / Oracle Fusion, ARCS).
• Experience of Working on Reconciliation tools like Blackline, ARCS
• Good level of knowledge and experience on Bank Reconciliations and R2R month end processes
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft application. Advanced Excel / MS- Access experience will be preferred
• Able to establish End to End process relationship and identify issues and raise IT Incidents and support in resolution
• Good Analytical skills
