The position focuses on leading payment processing, governance, and optimization initiatives within a dynamic, data-driven environment at EXL.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Controllership or Accounts Payable (AP).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP operations and review payment batches.
• Maintain SLA governance and monthly business reviews.
• Drive automation roadmap and Coupa optimization.
• Identify discrepancies with business teams to mitigate risk.
• Perform quality audits on team work and outputs.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure documentation and SOPs.
