EXL in Noida, India is seeking a Senior Manager for Order to Cash-Collections / Credit Management to lead and optimize end-to-end processes. The role requires 15+ years in accounts receivable/finance, and strong ability to meet SLA targets, coordinate with clients, and drive governance with stakeholders.

You will coach teams, manage escalations, and identify transformation opportunities, working across UK/US/APAC time zones. A B.Com/M.Com/MBA with Excel skills is preferred.

Competenze

• B.Com or B.Com Hons /M.Com /Finance Graduate.
• 12–18 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Finance.
• 10+ years of team management experience.
