Job summary

Siemens is seeking an experienced IBMS professional for deployment and management of IBMS systems across customer locations in the Hyderabad and AP region. The role involves extensive site work, adherence to EHS processes, and coordination with procurement, accounts, and operations to ensure successful AMC and project delivery.

The candidate should hold an Electrical or Electronics engineering degree, possess in-depth IBMS expertise, and be prepared for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Deep IBMS domain knowledge with 7-12 years in the field.
• Education background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Regional travel within Hyderabad / AP region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IBMS system services at customer locations.
• Adhere to company processes and EHS standards.
• Report activities and on-site visits to customers.
• Plan preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Prepare spare parts, AMC plans, and weekly client follow-up.
• Prepare OC for AMC/extension orders and route to Procurement/Accounts.
• Coordinate invoice generation and approvals with accounts.
• Handle revenue and payments collection.
• Execute projects independently.
• Prepare project status reports and material supply tracking.
• Update AMC visits as per schedule.
• Maintain invoice tracking sheet.
• Review material procurement and attend coordination meetings.
• Supervise site supervisor and commissioning engineers.
• Prepare handing over documents (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) with site team and obtain client approval.
• Prepare final payment release certificates and balance material collection.
• Track project costs and certify contractor invoices.
• Track manpower and material movement.
• Submit monthly collection and billing plans by week 1.
• Driving digital services.

• Fulfilling core service delivery tasks of the installed IBMS Systems at customer locations.
• Should follow all company defined processes and procedures by adhering to EHS
• Should have IBMS domain knowledge in depth and experience of 7-12 years in this field.
• Reporting of activities and customer on-site visits
• Planning PPM activities as per schedule
• Follow up for the AMC contract to completed project.
• Preparation for the spare list, upcoming AMC, and follow-up with client on weekly basis.
• Preparation of OC for AMC/Extn order and distribute to Procurement for purchase, Accounts, and operation head.
• Follow up for the Invoice generation, submission, approval with the accounts departments of self and client.
• Revenue & payments collection responsibility for the assigned customer
• Execute projects independently
• Preparation of following reports to track the project status. Material supply update with tracking (in coordination with Procurement).
• AMC Visit update (To Plan and complete the AMC visit by weekly)- As per agreed sheet.
• Invoice tracking sheet- As per agreed sheet.
• Review of material procurement with Purchase department. Attend site coordination meeting.
• Supervision to site supervisor and assigned commissioning engineer for any kind of help needed at site.
• Preparation of handing over documents (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, Handover sheet) with the help of site supervisors and commissioning engineers. Getting approval on final handing over document from clients.
• Final payment release certificate along with balance material collection form site.
• Keep Track of project cost. Certification of contractors Invoice in coordination with site supervisor.
• Track of manpower/ material movement at and for site.
• Preparation and submission of Collection & Billing plan for all orders every month by 1st week of every month to Manger.
• Driving Digital Services

Requirement:

• The position would involve Regional Travel mostly with in Hydrabad / AP region,
