Job summary

Siemens Hyderabad is seeking a project management professional to lead smart infrastructure projects. You will coordinate engineering, order processing, purchasing, and sales to deliver IBMS and ELV systems, while managing resources, budgets and risks across projects.

Join a team shaping energy-efficient buildings and urban infrastructure, ensuring HSE compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and driving continuous improvement to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Knowledge on ELV and IBMS systems required.
• Experience in project management, engineering and site management.
• Understanding of compliance, negotiation communication methods, claim management, risk management, business planning and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly revenue projection, collection and handling customer escalations.
• Coordinate with project team members (engineering, order processing, purchasing), sales & proposal groups.
• Manage resources, contracts, budgets, claims and change orders for projects.
• Plan and implement site preparation with internal and external resources.
• Coordinate and monitor site mounting, installation and commissioning.
• Management and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure HSE requirements at site level and compliance with Siemens policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Job Description:

• Montly Revenue Projection, Collection & Handling Customer Escalations
• Domain Knowledge of IBMS and ELV system is a must and to be learnt within the organization.
• Coordination and collaboration with project team members (engineering, order processing, purchasing, etc.), sales & proposal groups.
• Resource management, contract management, budget, claim and change order management of the projects.
• Evaluation and application of interface requirements of various system components.
• Evaluation and management of project risks and opportunities.
• Preparation of regular project reporting, project status discussions and milestone reviews.
• Plan and implement the site preparation by handling both external and internal resources.
• Coordination and monitoring of site mounting, installation and commissioning.
• Management and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers/consultants to successfully complete the project in time and quality.
• Profit & Loss responsibility based on Order Income calculation.
• Follow up the HSE Requirements that needs to be fulfilled at site level and make sure that all Siemens corporate and Legal HSE Requirements are met.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge on ELV and IBMS system is required.

Experience in project management, engineering, site management

Know-how on compliance, negotiation communication methods, claim management, risk management, business planning and health & safety regulations.
