Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive search mandates across C-suite, CXO, VP and other leadership roles.
• Manage high-budget and high-priority searches, meeting client expectations.

• Develop market maps, talent pools, and succession pipelines.

This role is suited to someone who has worked on large‑budget, high‑complexity mandates and is comfortable owning the search process end‑to‑end from mandate origination and market mapping through candidate engagement, assessment, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive search mandates across C‑suite, CXO, VP, and other critical leadership positions.
• Manage high‑budget and high‑priority search mandates, ensuring strong delivery against demanding client expectations.
• Partner closely with CEOs, founders, boards, CHROs, and business heads to understand leadership requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Develop sophisticated market maps, talent pools, competitor landscapes, and succession pipelines.
• Identify and engage passive senior‑level talent through research, networks, referrals, and targeted executive outreach.
• Assess candidates on leadership capability, strategic thinking, cultural fit, career trajectory, compensation, and motivation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and leadership talent across industries.
• Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and candidate experience.
• Lead client interactions, provide market intelligence, present shortlisted candidates, and manage search progress.
• Drive offer management, compensation discussions, notice‑period negotiations, and successful mandate closure.
• Develop long‑term relationships with clients and contribute to repeat business and new mandate opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers/recruiters on executive search methodologies and best practices.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 5-7+ years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, retained search, or a premium search firm environment.
• Proven experience delivering CXO, C‑suite, VP, SVP, and other senior leadership mandates.
• A demonstrable track record of handling high‑value/high‑budget executive search assignments.
• Strong exposure to retained executive search and complex, confidential mandates.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, founders, boards, CHROs, and business heads.
• Excellent executive‑level candidate identification, assessment, engagement, and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of leadership talent markets and the ability to build deep industry networks.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Strong commercial orientation and the ability to understand the business impact of senior leadership hiring.
• High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with confidential leadership searches.
