Role Description

The Senior Executive Purchase is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for IT and infrastructure solutions. The role involves identifying and evaluating vendors, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders in alignment with company policies and project requirements. This position oversees inventory levels, tracks order status, coordinates with logistics and finance for timely delivery and payment processing, and maintains accurate records in procurement systems. The Senior Executive Purchase collaborates closely with sales, projects, and technical teams to forecast demand, ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, and optimize cost without compromising quality. The role also includes monitoring vendor performance, maintaining compliance with contractual and legal requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, negotiation, purchase order management, and cost optimization.
• Experience in IT hardware, software, and infrastructure purchasing, with familiarity in working with major OEMs and distributors.
• Proficiency in using ERP or procurement management systems, MS Excel, and basic data analysis for tracking spends and performance.
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, taxation, contracts, and compliance relevant to procurement in India.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field; professional certifications in supply chain or procurement are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain role within IT, system integration, or technology services is preferred.
