Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mass media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of media relations, PR strategies, and communications landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a dynamic and communication-driven Senior Executive - Public Relations to support the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns that enhance brand reputation and visibility. In this role, you will work closely with clients, media professionals, influencers, and internal teams to manage media relations, develop compelling content, and execute impactful communication strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 2-4 years of experience who are passionate about storytelling, media engagement, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, speeches, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
• Monitor media coverage, track campaign performance, and prepare media monitoring and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing, Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Identify media opportunities and develop proactive story angles to maximize brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, news cycles, and emerging media opportunities.
• Support crisis communication efforts by monitoring conversations and coordinating timely responses where required.
• Contribute to new business pitches by preparing PR strategies, media plans, and client presentations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mass media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of media relations, PR strategies, and the communications landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong media networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent content writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and media monitoring tools.
