Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PR campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers and other stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, speeches and other materials.
• Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, product launches and PR events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring and evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing, Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams for integrated campaigns.
• Identify media opportunities and develop proactive story angles for visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media opportunities.
• Support crisis communication by monitoring conversations and coordinating responses.
• Contribute to new business pitches with PR strategies and client presentations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mass media, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a similar role.


• Strong understanding of media relations, PR strategies, and the communications landscape.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
