Dentsu in Mumbai is seeking a strategic client relationship lead to drive retention, shape long-term media strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for key brands.

You will lead QBRs/MBRs, oversee full‑funnel digital campaigns across performance and brand initiatives, and coordinate with internal media, performance, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure on‑time delivery of SOWs and campaign milestones.

Lead strategic client relationships, drive retention, and act as the primary point of contact while shaping long-term business and media strategies.

Strategic Client Relationship & Retention

Serve as the strategic business lead and the primary POC for your brands; lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and annual strategy roadmaps.

Media Planning & Integrated Strategy

Conceptualize and deploy full-funnel digital campaigns across performance (lead gen, conversions, ROI) and brand building using planning and research tools (e.g., GWI, CCS, Similarweb, TAM).

Revenue Growth, Upselling & Pitching

Expand account revenue through organic upselling, cross‑selling media/creative services, and collaborating on high‑stakes new business pitches.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

Coordinate with internal media, performance, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure on‑time delivery of SOWs, campaign milestones, and media SLAs.

Account Commercials & Governance

Oversee financial health, contract renewals, scope definitions (SOWs), invoicing and fee negotiations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Supervise account managers and planners, refine reporting standards, and foster talent development.
