Job summary

Hotelecia seeks a capable professional to drive Competitor / Market Benchmarking, oversee Product Launch Management, develop Training Content, and coordinate Regulatory and Compliance activities related to IRDAI regulations.

You will liaise with Actuarial, Compliance, Operations, IT and Investments to secure inputs and approvals, while shaping sales literature and collaterals to strengthen the product's market position.

Responsibilities

• Competition Benchmarking –Track insurance industry and prepare update for Managerial analysis
• Proactive approach to track products / features launched by competitors through Product Research and Benchmarking.
• Conduct Macro level benchmarking of companies and overall product categories in the industry
• Own the Product and liaise with Actuarial, Compliance, Operations, IT, Investments for their Inputs/ Sign offs as required.
• Own the Sales Literature /Policy Document and ensure that they are duly submitted to the Actuarial department
• Own the content for Sales Aides and ensure that they are duly submitted to Marketing
• Handhold and ensure launch readiness for both retail and Group products.
• Own the design and development of training content and course material.
• Design and development of Sales collaterals to enhance field knowledge and improve competitive landscape in the favour of our products.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams during product filing and approval processes and ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations
