Job summary

Hotelecia is seeking a product management professional to lead competitor benchmarking and market analysis for insurance products in Mumbai. The role will drive cross-functional collaboration with actuarial, compliance, operations, IT and investments, ensuring readiness for launches across retail and group lines.

Responsibilities include owning sales literature, policy documents, and sales collateral content, and coordinating with compliance on IRDAI filings to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product and liaise with Actuarial, Compliance, Operations, IT, Investments for Inputs/ Sign offs as required.
• Own the Sales Literature /Policy Document and ensure that they are duly submitted to the Actuarial department
• Own the content for Sales Aides and ensure that they are duly submitted to Marketing
• Handhold and ensure launch readiness for both retail and Group products.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams during product filing and approval processes and ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations

Job description

Competitor / Market Benchmarking

• Competition Benchmarking –Track insurance industry and prepare update for Managerial analysis
• Proactive approach to track products / features launched by competitors through Product Research and Benchmarking.
• Conduct Macro level benchmarking of companies and overall product categories in the industry

Project Management for Product Launch

• Own the Product and liaise with Actuarial, Compliance, Operations, IT, Investments for their Inputs/ Sign offs as required.
