Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee – Production to support peptide manufacturing operations and gain hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role involves assisting in peptide synthesis, purification, documentation, equipment operation, and process improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to develop technical skills and build a career in peptide manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis & Purification.
• Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and equipment for peptide production.
• Execute peptide synthesis/purification under the guidance of experienced personnel Learn and perform purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of production and testing activities.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
• Learn to operate and maintain peptide production equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all production activities.
• Compile data and assist in preparing production reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements.
