Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and reporting within Facilities Management. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and cost optimization across locations.

You will manage end-to-end LVP procurement, execute RFQs/RFPs, issue POs, track deliveries, and maintain catalogs and dashboards to drive procurement savings and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of RFQ/RFP processes and purchase order management.
  • Proficiency in procurement and ERP systems (Ariba, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in Facilities Management or Corporate Real Estate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Sourcing: manage end-to-end Low Value Purchase (LVP) procurement activities, including obtaining competitive quotations, conducting commercial negotiations, and preparing fair-value recommendations for approval.
  • Review and evaluate procurement requirements in collaboration with operational teams to ensure timely fulfillment of business needs.
  • Execute RFQs/RFPs, assess vendor proposals, and select suppliers based on commercial competitiveness, service capability, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure the timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Track delivery schedules and service completion to ensure smooth closure of procurement requests.
  • Purchase Order Management: create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Purchase Orders for manpower services, maintenance contracts, and other facilities-related requirements.
  • Ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and in accordance with organizational procurement policies.
  • Vendor Management: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors; negotiate pricing and terms; monitor performance.
  • Reporting & MIS: prepare dashboards and procurement analytics; track savings; maintain databases; generate ad hoc insights.
  • Rate Card & Catalog Management: manage procurement catalogs and pricing data, ensure accuracy and compliance.
