Greytip Software Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Purchase / Construction Contract Management to lead end-to-end procurement for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will manage the contract lifecycle, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with project teams to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and support successful project execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of procurement experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Experience in procurement of construction materials, supplier evaluation, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, stores, and finance departments.
• Monitor material lead times and follow up with vendors for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain approved vendor database and develop new suppliers.
• Verify technical specifications with engineering and QA/QC before procurement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Resolve issues related to material quality, shortages, and delayed deliveries.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and vendor performance evaluations.
• Support annual rate contracts and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
