Job summary

AMM India is seeking a pre-sales oriented professional to conduct market research and generate qualified leads across Europe, with emphasis on Germany. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely pre-sales delivery and support the sales team with technical presentations and RFI/RFP responses.

The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record, strong engineering/IT understanding, and excellent communication skills, with English as the working language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and IT solutions; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in lead generation, market research, and proposal preparation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
