Sodexo is hiring at NESCO, Goregaon East, Mumbai for an Executive F&A SBS P2P India role. The position handles timely invoice processing, SLA/KPI adherence, and coordination with sites to resolve queries. Night shift included, with responsibilities across PO/Non-PO processing and ERP uploading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in invoice processing in a Shared Services environment.
• Experience with P2P processes including invoice processing, vendor payments and queries.

Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices and checking accuracy of invoices.
• Scanning invoices and saving them on shared drive.
• Tracking scan copies of vendor invoices (batches).
• Communicating with sites/regions for incomplete details or queries.
• Processing PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and timely.
• Matching invoices with Purchase Orders when applicable.
• Processing Non-PO invoices against correct GL and CC.
• Uploading invoice register into ERP.
• Filing physical invoices and labeling for tracking.
• Providing invoice details to auditors as needed.
• General invoice processing and responding to Helpdesk queries.
• Supporting Audit team as required.

Position Title: Executive F&A SBS P2P India

Location: NESCO, Goregaon East, Mumbai, India

Shift: 5.30 PM IST to 2.30 PM IST (Night Shift)

Job Purpose

Timely and accurate invoice processing, maintaining SLAs and KPIs

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices and Checking accuracy of invoices
• Scanning the Invoices and saving them on shared drive
• Keep a track of the scan copies of vendor invoices (batches)
• If vendor invoices are received with incomplete details / has queries / issues; then communicate to sites/regions
• Processing PO and Non PO accurately and timely
• Matching Invoices with Purchase Order (if applicable)
• Processing Non PO invoices against the correct GL and CC
• Uploading Invoice register into ERP
• Filing the physical invoices and labelling them for easy tracking
• Proving the requested invoice details to auditors including searching and pulling the physical invoices from the files
• Invoice processing
• Reverting to Helpdesk Query
• Supporting Audit team as per requirement

Job Requirements

• Qualified Professional in Bachelor of Commerce
• 2-3 years of experience in invoice processing preferably in Shared Services environment
• Should have worked in P2P process handling various activities like accurate invoice processing, vendor payments, query resolution, month end accounting entries.
