• Experience: 3 to 6 years in ISO tank, depot, or transport-related work.
• Education: Graduate / Diploma (Logistics, Mechanical, or related field).
• Travel: Ready to travel to depots in Mumbai and other cities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send correct rental bills to customers on time.
• Check vendor bills from depots and storage yards, and clear payments.
• Coordinate with Depot for Cleaning and M&R - approval/execution.
• Check and approve repair/cleaning cost estimates sent by depots.
• Monitor and execute Tank testing & Obtain certificate
• Visit vendor depots to check work quality and follow up on repair/cleaning jobs.
• Maintain ISO parts inventory - Own Store and at Vendor Depot
• Manage stock of tank spare parts at our store and at vendor depots.
• Keep record of tank number stickers, corner plates, and Abloy locks.
• Enter Gate In / Gate Out details on time.
• Keep all records updated in the ERP system.
• Collect daily depot reports (cleaning/repair status) and send the daily MIS report to management

Role & responsibilities

Depot & Repair Work

• Coordination with Depot for Cleaning and M&R - approval/execution.
• Check and approve repair/cleaning cost estimates sent by depots.
• Monitor and execute Tank testing & Obtain certificate
• Visit vendor depots to check work quality and follow up on repair/cleaning jobs.
• Physically check tanks for damage, tank number, fittings, and old cargo stickers.

Tank & Stock Management

• Maintain ISO parts inventory - Own Store and at Vendor Depot
• Manage stock of tank spare parts at our store and at vendor depots.
• Keep record of tank number stickers, corner plates, and Abloy locks.

Records & Daily Reports

• Enter Gate In / Gate Out details on time.
• Keep all records updated in the ERP system.
