A food safety and quality management company is seeking a skilled microbiologist in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves performing detailed microbiological analyses, trend analysis of microbial parameters, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and GMP standards in beverage production. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the field and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology. This position requires working night shifts and focuses on maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in microbiological analysis, specifically in beverages or dairy.
• Thorough understanding of hygiene and GMP practices.
• Ability to perform trend analysis and microbiological validation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct micro analysis as per the company's standards.
• Perform trend analysis for various microbial parameters.
• Investigate microbial changes and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Investigate microbial changes/deviations and uphold the plant process against microbiological standards.
• Validate new processes/packages/products microbiologically before production and obtain QAM approval.
• Implement product release programs.
• Check effectiveness of CIP/sterilization and related cleaning activities.
• Communicate micro failures/deviations and initiate corrective actions through QAM.
• Maintain corrective action/root cause analysis and monitor effectiveness.
• Implement hygiene, GMP/GHK food safety standards.

Responsibilities

1. To perform micro analysis of Ingredients/SGF/Packaging/FG/Equipment and Environment, etc. as per the company's standards and maintain the records using quality system.
2. To do the trend analysis of various parameters of Micro for Water, FG and RM to predict the change in microbial status and plan proactive actions.
3. To review the microbial trends across the manufacturing process with QA Manager and Plant Manager on regular basis.
4. To carry out investigation of microbial changes/ deviations through the process and systems, own the upkeeping of the entire plant process w.r.t. the microbiological aspects.
5. Microbiological validation of new process/package/product before taking into production & getting approval from QAM.
6. To implement product release program
7. To check for effectiveness of each and every Cleaning and sanitation activity (CIP/Sterilization etc)
8. To communicate micro failures / deviations if any in company's standards and initiate actions through QAM
9. Maintain and drive the documented program for the Corrective action/Root Cause Analysis for Micro failures and effectiveness of the action taken to be monitored thereon
10. To implement hygiene, GMP/ GHK food safety standards
