Job summary

VASUDHA PHARMA CHEM is seeking a microbiology laboratory professional to perform routine analyses of water, environmental samples, and manufacturing areas. You will conduct microbial tests, support environmental monitoring, and maintain GMP-compliant records in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires familiarity with GMP/GLP, data integrity, and the ability to work in shifts. Candidates should be comfortable handling autoclaves, incubators, and laminar flow workstations while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of microbiological testing techniques.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP, and aseptic practices.
• Familiarity with environmental monitoring and microbial testing methods.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological analysis of water, environmental monitoring, utility samples, and manufacturing areas.
• Conduct microbial limit tests, bioburden testing, and culture media preparation.
• Support environmental monitoring activities in production and cleanroom areas.
• Maintain microbiology laboratory records, logbooks, and documentation as per GMP requirements.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and data integrity guidelines.
• Participate in laboratory cleaning, disinfection, and calibration activities.
• Assist in investigation of microbiological deviations and OOS results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle microbiological equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, colony counters, and laminar airflow units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine microbiological analysis of water, environmental monitoring, utility samples, and manufacturing areas.


• Conduct microbial limit tests, bioburden testing, and culture media preparation.


• Support environmental monitoring activities in production and cleanroom areas.


• Maintain microbiology laboratory records, logbooks, and documentation as per GMP requirements.


• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and data integrity guidelines.


• Participate in laboratory cleaning, disinfection, and calibration activities.


• Assist in investigation of microbiological deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results.


• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.


• Handle microbiological equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, colony counters, and laminar airflow units.
