Job summary

Manipal Hospitals is seeking a quality role to oversee internal, cross, and corporate audits, ensuring timely closure of deficiencies and accuracy of Quality Indicator data.

The position focuses on implementing quality standards, developing SOPs and policies, coordinating mock drills, committee meetings, and NABH accreditation activities across the unit in collaboration with the Unit Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful completion of internal audits, Cross audits & corporate audits and timely closure of all the identified deficiencies for the same.
• Ensure timely collection and submission of quality Quality Indicator data and ensure correctness for the same.
• Ensure that quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings sare carried out meticulously.
• Developing SOPs. Manuals, policies& procedures for the departments as well as document control of forms & formats.
• Ensure Implementation of Quality standards across the unit in coordination with the Unit Leadership Team.
• Identification of documentation requirement and prepare the same within 15 days of identification. To coordinate with NABH secretariat for all accreditation process.
