Job summary

Max Healthcare seeks a Manager/Deputy Manager - Medical Quality for Vaishali-Max Super Speciality Hospital to lead quality processes and ensure NABH/JCI standards. The role requires 6-10 years of experience in quality assurance, audits, policy documentation and patient safety.

You will coordinate NABH committees, review minutes, prepare dashboards and action taken reports, and oversee accreditation activities across specialties to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in quality management and healthcare quality systems.
• Experience with NABH/JCI accreditation processes and documentation.
• Strong ability to coordinate committees, audits, and CX dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NABH committees meetings as per calendar.
• Review Minutes of Councils meetings and ensure actions are closed.
• Collate and submit monthly reports and quality dashboards.
• Oversee NABH and JCI accreditations, surveillance and re-accreditations.
• Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments and drive QA projects.
• Lead RCA/ CAPA processes for adverse events and patient safety.
• Disseminate, implement, and train on organizational policies.

Process Orientation / Documentation

Coordination of NABH C ommittees meetings as per the calendar

Review Minutes of C ouncils meetings.

Ensure effectiveness of committee meetings.

Collation & Submission of monthly reports & dashboard.

Preparation o f action taken reports on various indicator.

Annual updation of policies and manuals

Oversee DNB Accreditations, Surveillance and re-accreditations in various specialties.

Accreditations: NABH /JCI

Support t he planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation

Audits & QI projects

Carry out routine audits of clinical areas / departments.

Quarterly NABH audit are conducted

To ensure continued compliance to closure submitted in the previous accreditation audit

Ensure passive and active medical documents audit

Quality Assurance

Management of s erious untoward incidents, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and to promote patient safety.

RCA of Incident reporting, adverse incidents followed by corrective action and implementation of Preventive action.

Medical Policies and Standards

Dissemination, Implementation, Training of Organization policies and regular audits.

• To support the development, periodic review and improvement of NABH performance indicators .
• Collation of CQI data along with RCA & CAPA

People Orientation

• To demonstrate professional & courteous behavior to patient & co-workers.

Cost & Revenue

• To operate within budget cost.
• Budget for Quality and Infection control is prepared as per the requirement and expenditure
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
