Zydus Hospitals in Ahmedabad requires a Quality Assurance professional to oversee clinical and service quality monitors, conduct audits, and drive continuous quality improvement across departments. The role involves policy updates, incident analysis, and achieving accreditation standards to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will coordinate with HODs, manage quality indicators, and lead training for HCWs on quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing Clinical and Service Quality monitors across the hospital.
• Conduct internal and external audits as per the quality calendar and provide feedback to departments via management meetings.
• Monitoring and tracking of all quality indicators for each department with feedback to concerned departments.
• Co-ordinating in implementation of continuous quality improvement projects and clinical audits to evaluate patient care needs.
• Revision of policies, procedures and SOPs in consultation with the departmental HODs as required.
• Analysis of incident reports using RCA tools and planning actions for incidents.
• Achieving, sustaining NABH, JCI and other accreditations.
• Monitoring and regulating committee meetings and circulating minutes to concerned members.
• Representing the department in hospital committee meetings.
• Ensuring overall activities related to hospital quality meet quality management, health & safety and legal stipulations.
• Design, develop and implement quality plan strategies for efficient utilization of department resources.
• Discussing findings of daily rounds with management.
• Conducting patient safety awareness programs.
• Updating guidelines based on evidence-based practices and new literature on quality improvement.
• Ensuring quality assurance programme across the organization.
• Verification and validation of formulated quality indicators.
• Training HCWs on continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Clinical and Service Quality monitors across the hospital
• Conduct internal and external audits as per the quality calendar and provides appropriate feedback to the departments by having management meetings.
• Monitoring and tracking of all quality indicators for each department and provides appropriate feedback to concerned departments.
• Co-ordinating in implementation of continuous quality improvement projects and clinical audits, so as to systematically evaluate and meet patient care needs
• Revision of policies, procedures and SOPs in consultation with the departmental HODs as and when required
• Analysis of incident reports using proper RCA tools and to plan action for the incidents.
• Achieving, sustaining NABH, JCI and other accreditations
• Monitoring and regulating committee meetings and minutes to be circulated to concerned members
• Represent the department in committee meetings of the hospital.
• Ensure the overall activities related to quality of the hospital to meet the requirement of quality management, health & safety and legal stipulations
