BFC Supply Private Limited, a BiofuelCircle group subsidiary, is expanding its Biomass Bank network across India and seeks a Service Engineer.

You will deputize at project sites for predictive and reactive maintenance of production machines, ensuring asset uptime and safety compliance. Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills are essential, with hands-on experience in farm equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in farm equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Deploy at project sites for maintenance of production machines.
• Perform predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain stock of spare parts to ensure peak efficiency.
• Supervise BFC service technicians at biomass banks.
• Ensure safety and health regulations compliance.
• Manage equipment lifecycle on the BFC platform.
• Document maintenance activities and propose upgrades.
• Coordinate with OEMs to maximize uptime and revenue.
• Report to Regional Service Manager.
• Collaborate with other BU and OEMs.

What will Key Tasks be involved?

Asset & Machine management Network

• Deputation at BFC Project sites for Predictive & Reactive Maintenance activity of production machines.
• (Predictive Maintenance activity to be executed are categorized as Commissioning, Daily walk around inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Pre-production reliability repair & Preservation of Assets. Reactive Maintenance activity can be categorized as Trouble-shooting , break-down & major repairs.)
• Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of BFC service technicians deployed at Biomass banks.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• This position will ensure equipment life cycle management on BFC platform.
• Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades
• Close coordination with OEM’s and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets.
• Reporting to the company Regional service Manager
• Strong collaboration with other BU, platform operations and OEM’s of asset manufacturer.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Service Engg has experience in resolution of electrical, mechanical and Hydraulic components of farm equipment such as Baler, Raker, slasher, Hydraulic Trolleys, Manual Trolleys, Grabbers etc of various OEM make.

Technical Competency Knowledge

• Service Engg has hands on experience of production equipment and is capable of understanding electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics of equipment.
• Technical oriented, process driven and independent communicator.

Communication Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate with 1 or more languages
