Job summary

Vittam An EduFund Company invites an experienced mutual fund operations professional to join our Mumbai-based team. You will onboard clients, manage KYC and account openings, and coordinate resolution across RTA, payment gateways, AMCs, and customers.

The role requires 3+ years in mutual fund operations, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with MS-Office and regulatory changes is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of expertise in mutual fund operations in a financial service or wealth management business is mandatory.
• Prior process adherence and client handling experience is required.
• NCFM /NISM certification in VA - Mutual Fund Distributors module will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Must be a go-getter who can work efficiently with multiple teams and deliver before deadlines.
• Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with good knowledge of MS-Office.
• Time management and prioritizing to meet the time sensitive deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities
