Job summary

Eternity Quests in Gujarat seeks an instrumentation professional to manage day-to-day spare and material control, and to coordinate maintenance and project execution with engineering and production teams.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, handling capex items, and maintaining PLC/SCADA backups while guiding subordinates and managing shifts. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance and project execution.
• Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA systems and backups.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Day to day spare / material management and follow-up with purchasing.
• Instrumentation maintenance: routine, preventive, and shutdown.
• Attend to breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering and production for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for instrumentation jobs.
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts for instrumentation items and work orders.
• Indent capex instrumentation items.
• Execute project instrumentation activities.
• Guide subordinates toward completion of jobs.
• Shift management for instrumentation department.
• Maintain PLC/SCADA backups of plants.

Role & responsibilities

1. Day to Day spare / Material Management, and follow-up with the purchasing department.

2. All kinds of instrumentation maintenance routine, Preventive, and shutdown maintenance.

3. Attend to breakdowns to minimise production downtime.

4. Coordinate with other engineering and production departments for smooth execution of jobs.

5. Coordinate with vendor and contractor for execution of instrumentation job,

6. Coordinate with purchase and account section for instrumentation-related items and work orders.

7. Indent capex instrumentation items.

8. Execution of project instrumentation activities.

9. Guidance to subordinates toward completion of job..

10. Shift management for instrumentation department.

11. Maintain PLC/SCADA backups of plants.
