Talent Analytica in Odisha seeks a Full-Time First Class B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation with 4-8 years of chemical plant experience to lead maintenance planning, procurement, and execution, ensuring work is completed within budgets and timelines.

The role requires coordinating with production, scheduling maintenance, managing spares, ensuring PPE and safety, and driving continuous improvement through Kaizens and 5S, while maintaining asset records and generating reports via digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Full Time First Class B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation with 4-8 years of chemical project/plant experience.
• Experience in instrumentation maintenance and calibration.
• Strong planning, coordination, and safety skills.

Completion of Projects within budget and targeted timeline

• Ensure timely procurement
• Planning and Execution of activities
• Coordination with stakeholders for execution

Ensure Instruments reliability and validity

• Execute the scheduled maintenance & calibration as per plan.
• Execute the laid down procedures & practices
• Planning the jobs and allocation of JE/Tech. & contract labor as per the work.
• Planning of maintenance consumables and spares.
• Coordinating with the Production team in case of downtime/break down for restoring the equipments availability

Utilization of Digital platform to Get various report and dashboard, efficiency and productivity improvement

• To report / Review and Analysis

EHS compliance

• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance standards and procedures.
• Ensure PPEs are available and used in accordance with best safety practices
• To Identify and eliminate the Unsafe
• Acts/conditions in the plant.
• Ensure work permit system is executed in the plant.

Inventory Management

• To track & monitor the inventory of critical spares
• Record the issue & consumption.

TQM & IMS Practices

• Follow TIE activities
• Encourage and implement Kaizens & 5S in plant
• To ensure SOPs, WI, and relevant check sheets in the daily management

Asset Management

To ensure effective Total plant Instrument Asset management with Proper Record of all & Project Asset Data. \
