Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of corporate HR experience with exposure to employee benefits or insurance operations.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong data tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage group medical and life insurance enrollment, renewals, additions and deletions.
• Coordinate claims with brokers and TPAs to resolve employee queries.
• Support onboarding, documentation, exits, and general HR operations.
• Guide staff on policy coverage, claim procedures, and health benefits.
