Coforge in India is seeking a Corporate Insurance & Employee Benefits professional with 1-4 years of experience in insurance, TPA, corporate insurance, claims, employee benefits, or healthcare operations preferred. • Maintaining the Response TAT through dedicated mail id
• Coordinate for cashless request & Reimbursement Claims with TPA/ Insurer/ Broker/ Hospital.
• Monitor & follow up on Claim Status with TPA.
• Ensure timely follow-up on Queries claim with employees.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of employee related grievances.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.
