Job summary

vCommission Media Private Limited is a leading global affiliate marketing network with a presence across India and other regions. The Finance & Accounts team seeks an analyst to manage end-to-end AP, vendor payments, and compliance tasks.

The role involves processing invoices, reconciling vendors, handling GST/TDS filings, and supporting audits. Proficiency in Zoho Books or Tally and strong Excel skills are required for accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting, TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, booking, and vendor payments.
• Ensure timely vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Handle financial accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing activities.
• Manage compliance related to TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in tax audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per Indian regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations.
• Assist in audit processes (internal & external) and provide required data.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Tally and generate MIS reports.
