Job summary

vCommission is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in India to handle end-to-end AP, vendor reconciliations, and monthly closing. You will ensure GST and TDS compliance, prepare GST and TDS returns, and support audit processes.

Proficiency with Zoho Books or Tally is preferred, with 1–3 years of Finance & Accounts experience. You will work in a dynamic, global affiliate network environment, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors while maintaining strict financial records and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of AP, Financial Accounting, TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
• Hands-on with Zoho Books and Tally.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel (basic–intermediate).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an IC role.
• Experience with international financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, booking, and vendor payments.
• Ensure timely vendor reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Handle financial accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.
• Manage compliance related to TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in tax audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance as per Indian regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth financial operations.
• Assist in audit processes (internal & external) and provide required data.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books / Tally and generate MIS reports.
