• Hands-on operating knowledge of assembly equipment
• Familiarity with ISO 9002:2015 systems requirements for assembly operations
• BOP parts management and logistics control
• Operator skill development planning and execution
• Muda identification in production line and action plans for Muda reduction
• Rejection parts handling and line handling knowledge

Responsabilités

• Oversee assembly line operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform defect out flow analysis to reduce rework and improve quality.
• Ensure ISO 9002:2015 compliance in assembly operations.
• Drive Muda reduction initiatives on the production line.
• Coordinate BOP parts management and logistics control.
• Develop and implement operator skill development plans.
