Job summary

Sun Pharma invites applications for a Technician/MA at Halol under Sun Global Operations. The role emphasizes maintenance engineering, GMP documentation, and upkeep of parenteral process equipment.

Key tasks include preventive maintenance, PM record maintenance, and coordination with QA and Production, with emphasis on GMP compliance and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation is required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Experience with GMP documentation and SOPs is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and parenteral processing equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and sign off on GMP documents as a doer.
• Prepare and update Engineering GMP documents and PM checklists.
• Break down Maintenance Memos and maintain history cards.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and update records.
• Handle HVAC break downs and maintenance of parenteral process equipment.
• Coordinate with QA and Production to ensure alignment on maintenance activities.
• Manage modification-related activities and system/equipment upgrades.
• Ensure GMP documents are maintained per SOP.

Key responsibilities:

• He is authorize to sign (as a doer):
• Engineering GMP documents
• Break down Maintenance Memo
• Preventive maintenance check list and history card
• Responsible for HVAC Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment's.
• As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)
• Handling of modification related activity.
• Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipment's.
• Handling of Modification related activity.
• Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
