Job summary

Sun Pharma in Halol-I, Gujarat seeks a Technician with 2+ years of experience in Parenteral manufacturing to manage aseptic areas and support filling lines (Vial, PFS, Infusion bags) and related qualification activities.

Educational qualification of Diploma/ITI is required; the candidate will work on GMP-compliant documentation and signing duties as needed. This role is on-site with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in Parenteral Manufacturing/ aseptic area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Parenteral GMP documentation and records.
• Assist with equipment qualification / re-qualification activities.
• Responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• Oversee aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities.
• Handle any other duties assigned by supervisor.

• Parenteral GMP documents
• Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs
• Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
• He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
• Any other job assigned by superior.
