Job summary

Greenlam Industries is seeking a Design & Technical Sales Support to manage technical design, estimation, documentation, and coordination between Sales, Design, Production, and customers.

You will prepare 2D designs and drawings, quotations, cost estimates, technical sheets, and product combinations, while ensuring smooth order execution and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and 2D design.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, dimensions and technical drawings.
• Solid MS Excel skills and good documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D designs, layouts, and technical drawings as per customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical sheets, and product combinations.
