You will lead a team of collection officers, ensure legal compliance during repossession, monitor performance, and develop strategies to improve collection rates.

Daily reporting and risk management are integral. This role requires field visits and strong Excel skills to track milestones and outcomes and to maintain clear records of all customer

• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Counseling and grooming of direct reports to enhance their skills.
• Manage a team of collection officers to achieve targets.
• Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
• Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve performance.
