Bajaj Finserv Limited seeks a Debt Management Specialist to oversee the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. You will coordinate with customers and agencies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossessions.

You will maintain records, report on collection activities, manage escalations, and contribute to strategies that improve recovery rates, while coordinating with internal and external clients to achieve targets.
