Job summary

The Ministry Of Light, an architectural lighting design firm with offices in Mumbai, is seeking a Senior Executive Client Servicing on a full-time hybrid basis. Based in Mumbai, you will manage key client accounts, coordinate with design and technical teams, prepare proposals and presentations.

You will track project progress, address client queries in a timely manner, monitor satisfaction, support post-delivery follow-up, and identify opportunities for additional services or project expansion.

Role Description The Senior Executive Client Servicing role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on managing key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and delivered. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and technical teams, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking project progress, and addressing client queries in a timely and professional manner. The Senior Executive will monitor client satisfaction, support post-delivery follow-up, and identify opportunities for additional services or project expansion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supporting basic financial tracking related to client projects, and contributing to continuous improvement in client servicing processes.

Qualifications
