Job summary

Swiggy Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Sourcing and Purchasing professional focused on fruits and vegetables. You will manage sourcing, vendor relations, and price negotiations to maintain a reliable supply chain.

The role requires strong numerical skills, intermediate Excel, and familiarity with ERP processes such as PO, GRN, and invoicing. Prior e-commerce or quick commerce sourcing experience is a plus and will be valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sourcing and buying of fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain supply chain metrics like OTIF, fill rate, and buying prices.
• Strong vendor negotiation and management skills for FnV.
• Good with numbers and intermediate Excel.
• Aware of ERP processes (PO, GRN, invoices).
• Source-level buying experience in e-commerce or quick commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure FnV for Swiggy's supply chain.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality.
• Monitor pricing, margins, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance to resolve discrepancies.
