JLL in Gurugram seeks an Analyst for Investment Modeling within the CMG JBS India team. You will support debt sizing for multifamily and commercial properties, build and review financial models, and collaborate with global offices to drive robust lending decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in commercial real estate, strong financial modeling skills, P&L and rent roll analysis, and a Master’s degree in finance or real estate. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
