Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company. We are seeking professionals in Gurgaon or Mumbai to drive business planning, strategic planning, reporting, incentive calculations, and dealer management.

This role involves MIS, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to align with BD's health care mission. The ideal candidate will contribute to annual and quarterly targets, assist finance and supply chain functions, and support system implementations (SFDC, ZYLEM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly
• Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements
• Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends
• Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends
• Assist BUs in developing business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis
• Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and HR
• Incentive calculation for quarterly, annual and other incentives
• Quarterly & annual incentive forecast / provisions
• Annual incentive scheme formulation
• Quarterly and annual incentive payouts
• Annual provision - quarterly work
• Dealer audits and training
• Annual Target sheet preparation and target setting
• Pool Target setting and account level target setting
• Monthly target phasing MPG wise
• Target vs Actual tracking
• System Development, UAT, Implementation and Stabilisation
• Dealer Audit process and Dealer Performance Tracking
