Key Responsibilities: Manage domestic and internationalflight, train, and bus bookingsas well ashotel bookingsfor employees and management. Ensure all bookings are made as per company policy and travel guidelines. Coordinate withtravel agencies, airlines, and transport vendorsfor fare negotiation, best routing, and efficient scheduling. Handlelast-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements efficiently (24/7 availability). Maintain and updatetravel records, booking logs, and MIS reportsfor management review. Processtravel-related invoicesand ensure timely submission to the Accounts team. Coordinate with Accounts forpayment tracking and vendor follow-upsto ensure timely settlement. Monitor and maintainvendor performanceand address any service-related concerns. Assist inVISAprocessing, travel insurance, and foreign exchange coordination when required. Ensure compliance with internal policies and travel budgets. Support event-related and group travel logistics when required.
