Job summary

Pramila Parmar is seeking a dynamic Junior HR Business Partner to drive Talent Acquisition and partner with leaders on HR initiatives including Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture across our Mumbai team.

The role requires 5–9 years of HR Generalist experience (preferably in Real Estate), with strong Talent Acquisition expertise and HRBP exposure.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 9 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably from the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HRBP responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, L&D, R&R, grievance handling, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility): Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR professional to join our team as a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP). Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.

HR Business Partnering
  • Act as the HR point of contact for assigned business units.
  • Support managers on employee-related matters and HR policies.
  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee participation.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
  • Drive employee connect programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
  • Coordinate and implement employee recognition programs.
  • Promote a culture of appreciation and high performance.
Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
HR Operations
  • Support performance management and other HR processes.
  • Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately.
  • Generate HR reports and recruitment dashboards as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 5 to 9 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably from the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HRBP responsibilities.
